440 steel has both high hardness and grindability.
1. Daily use and maintenance
Drag the blade against the sharpening strop coated with the sharpening paste, and then drag it with the back side. Note that the blade line should be straight.

Grind with 1000/2000 grit sandpaper or whetstone
3. The sharpness is seriously reduced.
